Consulting Services for Health and Social Care Providers

Our Consulting services help you to develop a roadmap for quality improvement. We work with you to identify the teams strengths and weaknesses in ways that seek  to build confidence and maximise potential.

We work with you and the team to ensure you are meeting CQC inspection requirements. We will identify areas of improvement, develop a tailored action plan, and provide support and guidance to implement necessary changes.

Our CQC Evidence Consulting service provides support and advice to build on and produce portfolios of evidence which link to the Key Lines of Enquiry and embed the I and We statements. We will support you and your team to have confidence with CQC inspection processes.

We are able to offer training needs analysis for your service and make recommendations for bespoke training packages in addition to delivering service specific training for your team. In addition to extensive experience, our principal trainer is a registered nurse , holds a L4 training, Assessor and Internal verification qualifications as well as an assessing clinical practice qualification awarded through OCR and University of Huddersfield. In addition to this, we have membership with the National Back Exchange , Royal College of Nursing and Institute of Buccal Midazolam Educators. We offer a number of Ofqual regulated qualifications through our Qualsafe Approved Training Centre.
