My name is Fiona Smith. I have been working in Health and Social Care settings for the last 25 years. My experience comes from being a registered nurse to quality assessment, training and management positions.

From the start of my career, my passion has been driven by wanting to provide the best for people that use services and as such my focus has been to deliver high quality care and support. 

For the last 8 years, my management roles have given me the opportunity to lead and develop teams, to inspire  and motivate managers and their teams to promote and achieve positive outcomes for individuals.

The inspiration behind Chrysalis Training and consultancy is to support services to strive for Outstanding practice. This starts with great leadership and effective high quality training. 

I have managed CQC registered services and can testify to the dedication and commitment that is required to improve services and also the sense of pride that comes with achieving an Outstanding CQC rating .
